We accept all dental insurance plans which allows the insured to select their dentist. These are referred to as indemnity policies. We are able to submit claims to many Preferred Provider Organization Plans (PPO) though we may not be listed as a provider.

Dental insurance is designed to help pay part of the cost of dental treatment. Our office will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms to your insurance company. If you have any questions on your dental insurance benefits, please bring your benefit booklet into the office, and our staff will be happy to review your coverage.

Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. Patients are responsible for all dental fees and any payment received by the dental office from the insurance carrier will be credited to the patient account.
