Payment Options
In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we request payment at the time of service.
1. Prepayment or payment at time of treatment, with a 5% discount for payment in full by cash or check.
2. Payment in full at each appointment fo rdental treatment performed at that appointment. If assignment of insurance benefit is made to the office, the estimated co-payment only is required.
3. Use of your VISA or MASTERCARD is accepted. All major treatment and treatment involving a laboratory procedure will require an appropriate payment prior to treatment.
4. Senior citizens (over the age of 65) will receive a 5% discount for payment at time of treatment, in lieu of other dental insurance.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is designed to help pay part of the cost of dental treatment. Our office will assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms to your insurance company. If you have any questions on your dental insurance benefits, please bring your benefit booklet into the office, and our staff will be happy to review your coverage.
Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. Patients are responsible for all dental fees and any payment received by the dental office from the insurance carrier will be credited to the patient account.
Appointment Time
Your time is valuable, so we try very hard not to keep you waiting. This is why we work diligently to maintain our appointment schedule. If you need to change an appointment we ask that you give us 48 hours notice to change to a more convenient time for you. The best time for children’s appointments is not after school when the child is tired of sitting and needs to be active physically. Younger children need to rest in the afternoon. Interference with school time is rarely a problem, and school excuses are obtainable for this reason.
